CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Hello and welcome! I’m Charlotte, a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor. With a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings, supporting individuals from all walks of life.
Finding your way through life’s challenges or feeling disconnected from your authentic self can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am here to offer a supportive, compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families facing life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal struggles.
In our sessions, I will meet you exactly where you are, honouring your unique journey. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and resources, creating a path toward growth, clarity, and healing. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning we will work side by side to develop personalized strategies and meaningful therapeutic goals that align with your needs.
Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I commend you for taking it. If you’d like to explore how we can work together, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
I’d be happy to answer any questions and help you take the next step toward your well-being.

Q & A with Charlotte
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE WORK THAT YOU DO?
As a therapist, seeing my clients grow and actively work toward their goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. Seeing their resilience, self-discovery, and breakthroughs unfold fuels my passion for this profession. Every small step forward—whether it’s a shift in mindset, a new coping skill, or a moment of self-compassion—reinforces the power of change.
WHAT WOULD YOU TELL SOMEONE LOOKING TO START THERAPY?
Therapy isn’t just for crisis moments—it’s a space for growth, self-reflection, and learning how to navigate life with more clarity and confidence. If something is on your mind, if you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or if you simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can be a powerful tool. It’s a judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with someone who is there to help, not to judge. The hardest part is often the first step, but that step could lead to real and lasting change
WHAT DO YOU VALUE AS A THERAPIST?
I deeply value continuous growth and learning, both personally and professionally. As humans, we are always changing, and when we embrace that process, we uncover new aspects of ourselves. Growth isn’t about perfection—it’s about discovery, resilience, and becoming the best version of who we are meant to be.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE QUOTE?
“The truth is that falling hurts. The dare is to keep being brave and feel your way back up.”

More About Charlotte
-
I love to travel the world, exploring new places, trying diverse foods, and immersing myself in different cultures. Whether it’s with friends or family, these experiences are a source of inspiration and growth for me.
-
I unwind at the end of my work day by taking a hot shower or bath. Accompanied by spending time reading before going to bed. If I need a quick unwind, I will blast some music.
-
I’m inspired by the ongoing journey of self-growth and learning. The world around us is full of opportunities for exploration whether it’s through travel, discovering new ideas, or connecting with different cultures. I find inspiration in the small moments of beauty and connection in everyday life, and in the way people continually adapt, learn, and evolve.
